Come into the Studio 10 minutes before your session and get your Body Composition analysed.  Check your weight, muscle mass and fat percentages, total water, and bone density.


Used alongside your Pilates practice, this is a great tool for monitioring your improvements in fitness over a period of time.  Book in every 6 weeks week or so to keep track of your progress!
